I love to start my day light in order to allow my body to cleanse itself of waste and food debris that’s why I drink mostly water/tea and a green juice until lunch. And from time to time I snack on a few grapes or berries and a date before my workout.

For lunch I’m always looking forward to a fruity sweet meal, with mostly papayas and for dinner I currently enjoy a big bowl of cucumber noodles and apple noodles plus some dark leafy greens.

All in all that adds up to round about 1500- 1600 calories!
