Few month ago I switched my diet from a mainly fruit based diet to a very green diet. Before, I had a mono-fruit meal for lunch (mostly papayas) and cucumbers with a sweet pepper dip. Now I’m having a green smoothie with up to 200 g / 7 oz of dark leafy greens for lunch and leafy greens, cucumber and my sweet pepper dip for dinner.

Calorie wise I’m consuming less than before but therefore I’m consuming way much more nutrients to cover my daily needs. And my skin is really thankful for it. The greener I eat the better it looks! 🌿

So never underestimate the importance of greens!

  • Breakfast: 16oz of celery juice + turmeric shot
  • Brunch: 1-2 cups of cherries
  • Lunch: Green smoothie (130g radish green + 60g of spinach + 1 mango) + fig
  • Dinner: 1/2 of a head of lettuce, 1 cucumber, 1-2 stalks of celery, sweet pepper dip (1 sweet pepper, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 1 stalk of celery, freeze dried beet)
