Usually vegan parmesan is made with some kind of nut and nutritional yeast which is basically MSG. Nutritional Yeast irritates the intestinal tract and destroy neurons in the brain and is thus not a very good choice health wise.
This recipe uses all natural ingredients that can easily be sourced in every supermarket and the best part is, it’s fat-free.
- 1 cup apple chips
- 1-2 tsp garlic granules or powder
- 2-3 tsp onion granules or powder
- Add all ingredients into the blender and pulse until it looks like Parmesan.
- Sprinkle onto your favorite foods.
