I just spend a few days on Mallorca and of course I had to check out some of the vegan and organic shops and restaurants, especially in Palma.
The city has a lot to offer and there are quite a lot of organic shops and vegan or even raw vegan places. And one thing that I love about Spanish culture is that you can always get freshly squeezed orange juice in cafes, restaurants and bars. Cheers to Zumo de Naranja natural!!!
El Mercat de l'Olivar
@ Placa de l’Olivar
This is the big market hall right in the city center with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, local as well as tropical.
The fruity abundance is amazing! Need I say more!?
Be aware that most of the stalls close at 2pm.
@ Carrer de Caro, 34
This place is a vegan paradise because it has a great selection of vegan products.
- vegan milks, yogurt & cheese
- frozen stuff like meat & fish replacements, ice cream, fruits, veggies, etc.
- gluten free products
- superfood powders
- spreads & jams
- sweet treats, etc.
Restaurante - Herbodietetica
@ Calle Compte de Barcelona, 26
A nice little shop with fresh fruits & veggies, supplements, superfood powders, gluten free products, etc.
And right next door and inside of the shop there’s a restaurant with delicious vegan foods like quiche, salads and cakes.
Mercat de Santa Catalina
@ Plaça de la Navegació
A market hall with fresh fruits and veggies.
@ Carrer de la Fàbrica, 20B
A beautiful small organic shop that has just everything you might need (coffee, tea, milk, algaes, dried legumes, sweets, cereals, wine, etc.).
@ Carrer Soler, 21
They have organic, plant based ice creams that are soy free and without refined sugar.
Unfortunately I got there to early so they were still closed (they open at 1pm).

Ziva to go
El Corte Ingles
@ Avenida de Jaime III, 15
El Corte Ingles is a very common Spanish department store. And in the food department you can find lots of delicious fruits & veggies plus vegan and gluten free products. It is pretty pricy though. 😉
@ Carrer de la Barrera de Baix, 2
A small Swedish shop with delicious things like Booja Booja ice cream and supplements to keep you healthy.
Vegan & Raw
@ Plaça del Bisbe Berenguer de Palou nº5 Bajos
This raw vegan deli covers you with everything a raw vegan could ask for.
They have juices, smoothies, mains, salads, desserts and raw crackers.
I enjoyed one of their delicious salads with beet pate and a mustard dressing and it was super delicious. I really liked the purple sauerkraut they added to the salad, which was finely chopped and super savoury.
@ Carrer de Rubén Darío, 4
An amazing vegan, gluten free and organic restaurant that offers a set menu for just 15€, which includes a drink, an entree, a main and a dessert with a choice of 3 different dishes per course.
I didn’t eat there but I took a glance at the menu and it is pretty mouthwatering.
@ Carrer de Sant Feliu, 7
A vegan restaurant with lots of raw vegan options. Great for lunch and dinner.
@ Plaça del Comtat del Rosselló, 6
This simply is the best organic supermarket in Palma I’d say because it has the biggest selection of fresh organic produce (fruits & veggies) and so much more. I got a Spanish papaya and it for sure was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. 😋👍🏻
@ Plaça Portals, 3, 07181 Calvià
This small organic shop/juice & smoothie place is a little outside of Palma. Not only can you get organic produce over there but also fresh juices, smoothies, soups and take-away food.
I tried a wheatgrass shot with lemon juice and coconut water and it’s been just perfect! 😋👌🏻
