Making your own jam can be super simple and healthy too, because fresh raw jams are packed with Vitamins & Minerals. And if you don’t have fresh fruits at hand you can use frozen & defrosted ones instead. šŸ˜‰

Ingredients

Apricot Jam:

  • 4-5 pitted apricots
  • 5 dried apricots (unsulphered)

 

Cherry Jam:

  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 5 pitted dates
  • Vanilla Powder

 

Wild Blueberry Jam:

  • 1-2 cups frozen & defrosted wild blueberries
  • 5 pitted dates
  • Vanilla Powder

Directions

  1. Add all receptive ingredients into the blender and blendĀ until smooth.
  2. Fill your jam into a jar and keep it in the fridge. Lasts for about a week depending on how fresh your ingredients are.

Additional Jam Recipes

Strawberry Jam: 1-2 cups strawberries +Ā 5-8 dried apple rings

Raspberry/Blackberry Jam:Ā 1 cup berries/ berry sauce (blended & strained berries) +Ā 4-5 pitted dates

Plum Jam:Ā 5 pitted plums +Ā 4-5 dried plums (unsulphered)

Fig Jam:Ā 3-4 figs +Ā 2-3 pitted dates

If your figs are super ripe you can also cut them open and scoop the inside in a jar just as it is ;-P
