Making your own jam can be super simple and healthy too, because fresh raw jams are packed with Vitamins & Minerals. And if you don’t have fresh fruits at hand you can use frozen & defrosted ones instead. 😉

Apricot Jam:

  • 4-5 pitted apricots
  • 5 dried apricots (unsulphered)

Cherry Jam:

  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 5 pitted dates
  • Vanilla Powder

Wild Blueberry Jam:

  • 1-2 cups frozen & defrosted wild blueberries
  • 5 pitted dates
  • Vanilla Powder

  1. Add all receptive ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill your jam into a jar and keep it in the fridge. Lasts for about a week depending on how fresh your ingredients are.
