- 1 honey mango
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp of tamarind paste
- 1/2 of a lime (juiced)
- 1 dash of ground cumin
- 1-2 springs of cilantro (optional)
Blend it all up and serve over coodles, zoodles, a salad or as a dip for veggies.
