Yields: 30 Mini Peppers


  • 10 baby peppers
  • 1 bunch of carrots
  • 5 slices of sundried tomatoes
  • 2 springs of parsley


  1. Chop up your carrots and process them together with the sun dried tomatoes and the parsley until they are as fine as Bulgur.
  2. Cut off the tops of your baby peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds and fill them with your savory “Bulgur” stuffing.
  3. Let the party begin!
