Yields: 15 Truffles


  • 1/2 cup of golden raisins
  • 3/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
  • 1/2-1 tsp of vanilla powder
  • mulberries or almonds
  • hredded coconut for  the coating


  1. Add raisins, coconut flour, shredded coconut and vanilla powder into the food processor and process until well combined.
  2. Take off bite size pieces from the dough, fill them with mulberries or almonds and roll them into balls. And finally coat them with additional coconut shreds.
