Yields: 15 Truffles
- 1/2 cup of golden raisins
- 3/4 cup of coconut flour
- 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
- 1/2-1 tsp of vanilla powder
- mulberries or almonds
- hredded coconut for the coating
- Add raisins, coconut flour, shredded coconut and vanilla powder into the food processor and process until well combined.
- Take off bite size pieces from the dough, fill them with mulberries or almonds and roll them into balls. And finally coat them with additional coconut shreds.
