Fall season always calls for delicious heartwarming soups, especially pumpkin soups. And in this recipe I combine it with another fall favorite; apples.
So let’s get your spoons ready for this smooth & creamy deliciousness!
- 1 Butternut Squash
- 3 medium sized apples
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 dash of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 dash of vanilla powder
- Peel and chop the butternut squash. Slice up the apples. Run apples and butternut squash through the juicer. Add a piece of ginger if you like.
- Blend up the juice with the apple and spices until smooth and pour it into a soup bowl.
- Snuggle up and enjoy your heartwarming soup!
