Yields: 1 Serving


  •  4-5 cups of spinach
  • 1 big mango
  • 1 spring of basil
  • mango/papaya/banana cubes as a topping


  1. Peel and deseed the mango and blend it up with the spinach until creamy. Then add the basil and blend it in on a slow speed to keep the aroma.
  2. Fill your smoothie into a glass or a plate and serve it with mango/papaya/banana cubes.

Tipp: Prepare all of the ingredients the night before so in the morning you just have to blend it up, fill it up and grab it on the go. You could even keep it well chilled until lunch!
