Ingredients

  •  2 cups of lentil-/mungbean-sprouts
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 mango
  • 1-2 red cabbage leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • fresh ginger

Directions

  1. Dice carrots, red pepper, mango and cabbage leaves. Add it to a bowl and toss to combine with the sprouts.
  2. Season the the salad with the juice of a lime, curry powder and fresh grated ginger.
  3. Enjoy the rainbowliciousness!
