Ingredients
- 2 cups of lentil-/mungbean-sprouts
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1-2 carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 1 mango
- 1-2 red cabbage leaves
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- fresh ginger
Directions
- Dice carrots, red pepper, mango and cabbage leaves. Add it to a bowl and toss to combine with the sprouts.
- Season the the salad with the juice of a lime, curry powder and fresh grated ginger.
- Enjoy the rainbowliciousness!
