A perfect winter soup to boost your immune system and to keep you warm!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 2 peeled zucchini
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 slice of turmeric root
  • 1 slice of horseradish root

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into the food processor and process until it looks like a sticky cake batter.
  2. Take your dough out of the blender, shape it into a roll and cut it into thick slices. Roll the slices inbetween your hands into truffle balls and decorate it with goji berries. And if you want you can also roll out your dough and cut out little gingerbread men.
