  • 1-2 large cucumbers
  • or 3-4 zucchini


  1. Spiralize the cucumbers/zucchinis.
  2. Place a fennel bulb or kohlrabi into a bowl.
  3. Fix two sticks in a fork and press the fork into the fennel bulb.
  4. Add the coodles/zoodles into the bowl and place them around the fork so it’s not visible anymore.
