- 1 pear
- 1/4-1/2 of a large papaya (peeled)
- 2-4 cups of lacinato kale
- 1 cup of raspberries
- Blend up pear, papaya and kale until creamy and pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top it with some raspberries and cut out papaya hearts if you like.
- Get your spoon out and dig in.
