Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 4-5 stalks of celery
  • 3 apples
  • 1 bundle of cilantro

Directions

  1. Peel one cucumber and spiralize it into coodles or grate it on a kitchen grate into mini coodles. Chop up one apple into small pieces and add it into a soup bowl
  2. Roughly chop up the remaining ingredients and run it through your juicer. Strain your juice and pour it into the soup bowl.
  3. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

Note: Cucumbers are very hydrating and a a great source of silica which is important for healthy hair, skin and connective tissue.

Cilantro is a great cleansing herb because it flushes out heavy metals.
