Yields: 15-20 Truffles
Ingredients
- 12 pitted dates
- 1 handful of dried mulberries
- 1 tbsp of lucuma powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients into the food processor and process until it looks like a sticky cake batter.
- Take your dough out of the blender, shape it into a roll and cut it into thick slices. Roll the slices inbetween your hands into truffle balls.
