Yields: 15-20 Truffles

Ingredients

  • 12 pitted dates
  • 1 handful of dried mulberries
  • 1 tbsp of lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into the food processor and process until it looks like a sticky cake batter.
  2. Take your dough out of the blender, shape it into a roll and cut it into thick slices. Roll the slices inbetween your hands into truffle balls.
