  • 1 beet
  • 1 apple
  • 1 peeled zucchini
  • dill
  • ground caraway seeds


  1. Chop up all of the ingredients. Add beet, apple, zucchini & carawayseeds into the blender, blend until creamy and puls in a little bit of dill on a slow speed.
  2. Fill your dip into a bowl or pour it over zucchini/cucumber noodles.

Dipping Tipps: You can use lettuce leaves, celery sticks, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, fennel, tomatoes or whatever veggie you like!
