3 Day Liver Detox Juice

This juice provides an easy, simple and gentle way to cleanse the liver. And cleansing the liver can be essential for losing weight because if our liver is clogged up, it can’t filter all of the toxins which as a result get stored in our bodies tissues.

This cleanse only takes 3 days and can be repeated as often as desired.

!ALWAYS REMEMBER TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS!

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 apple (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of copped parsley
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina Powder
  • 1 peeled lemon

Directions

  1. Blend up all ingredients and strain them.
  2. Drink this 3 times a day about 30 minutes before your meals for 3 days and repeat it after 7 days.
